Fried Peach Tacos

It was a late evening, and I was craving something sweet. I had a jar of peach filling and corn tortillas. So I did what anyone would do and I made fried peach tacos.

My 2nd attempt was very good! I had to hurry and take a picture before I ate them all.

Fried Peach Tacos:
Corn tortilla
Peach filling
Butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.

Pan fry the butter, brown the tortillas, add the peach filling into folded tortillas, and fry until hot throughout. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

The Fried Peach Tacos were a success!

My 1st attempt I did not use much butter/oil in pan so they were crispy. I preferred my 2nd attempt.
